What happens next

  1. You reach out

Call, text or email with a line about your business.

  2. We reply

Usually within one business day, on the channel you chose.

  3. You talk to a senior strategist

A focused conversation about your goals, market and numbers.

Which channel to use

Each channel suits a different kind of first message. Choose whichever is easiest for you; there is no wrong one.

  • Call if you want to talk it through. A first call usually takes 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Text if you're between job sites and want to start the conversation now and continue it later. A short text is welcome; we'll pick it up from there.
  • Email if you want to send numbers, a branch list or screenshots of your Google profiles.

There are no forms on this site and no booking widget. We keep it simple on purpose: one number, one email address, one person.

What to include in your first message

Five facts let us give you a useful answer on the first reply instead of a list of questions.

  1. How many branches you run, and in which cities and provinces.
  2. What the branches do: furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, maintenance plans, commercial work.
  3. How calls reach each branch today: one number or several, and who answers after hours.
  4. What's bothering you most: an invisible branch, unclear budgets, an upcoming opening or an acquisition.
  5. Who runs marketing now: in-house, an agency, or the owner on Sunday nights.

You don't need exact numbers. "About 40 calls a week at the main branch, maybe 10 at the new one" is plenty to start.

A template you can copy

If it helps, copy this into a text or email and fill in the brackets:

Hi Ali, I run [Business name], a heating company with [number] branches in [City] and [City]. Calls go to [one number / separate numbers]. Our main problem is [short description]. We're also [opening / buying / not planning] another location in [City or "the next year"]. Best time to reach me is [day and time]. [Your name], [phone].

What happens next

After you get in touch, the process is short and unhurried.

  1. A reply to arrange a call. We usually reply within one business day, and the call is set for whenever suits your week.
  2. First conversation. We go through your branches, how calls and budgets work today, and what you want to change. You're under no obligation.
  3. A written outline. If we can help, you receive a short written outline: what we'd do first, how each branch would be measured and what it costs. Anything outside HVAC.Agency's published plans is quoted in writing.
  4. Your decision. Take your time. There's no lock-in, and we won't chase you with sequences of follow-ups.

If we think another kind of help would serve you better, we'll say so. Questions about safety regulation, licensing or law belong with the regulators linked on our areas pages or with your own advisors.

Before you call

If you want to get more from the first conversation, three pages are worth a few minutes:

If you're mid-acquisition or mid-launch

Say so in your first message. A signed lease or a closing date changes what needs doing first, and some steps, such as securing a seller's accounts, are much easier before the deal closes than after.

A note on privacy

When you call, text or email us, we use your details only to reply and to work with you. We only send marketing emails to people who have contacted us first. We are a marketing and business consulting service, not a heating contractor, so we will never send a technician or ask to visit a customer's home.
