Our published prices are HVAC.Agency's plans and website packages. For a multi-branch heating company the entry points are $2,998 a month for a marketing plan and $3,500 for a website build, in Canadian dollars, and Canadian clients pay GST/HST on top, based on province (GST and QST in Quebec). Multi-location consulting that doesn't fit a published plan, such as an acquisition handover or a branch budget model, is quoted in writing before any work starts. Monthly marketing plans

These plans cover ongoing marketing work. For a multi-branch company, the plan sets the baseline, and the branch-specific scope is written into the proposal.

Plan Price What a branch network gets from it
Starter $2,998/month The foundations: a site with SEO service pages, local SEO with a Google Business Profile, a basic setup of Google and Meta ads, hosting and upkeep, and a report each month
Growth $4,498/month All of Starter, with deeper SEO and content, paid ads across several channels plus retargeting, a CRM connection, review generation, and reports every week
Elite $8,998/month All of Growth, adding video and PR outreach, a dedicated account manager, monthly strategy calls, a live dashboard and reporting built to your needs

For most companies with three or more branches, Growth is the realistic starting point, because CRM integration and review generation are what make branch-level reporting work. Elite's real-time dashboard and custom reporting suit groups that review branch performance weekly.

Website packages

A multi-location heating company needs a site that can hold a strong page for every branch. These are one-time build prices, plus monthly hosting.

Package Price Scope and monthly cost
Essential $3,500 one-time 5–7 custom pages, built in 2–3 weeks, then $149/month for hosting and maintenance
Professional $6,500 one-time A conversion-focused site of 10–15 pages in 3–4 weeks; $249/month covers hosting, maintenance and CRO
Enterprise $12,500 one-time No limit on pages or locations, built in 4–6 weeks; full management is $449/month

Essential rarely suits more than one branch. Professional can work for two or three branches with modest service lists. Enterprise is designed for unlimited pages and locations, which is why most multi-branch groups end up there.

What drives the cost of multi-location work

Four things move the price more than anything else. Knowing them helps you compare quotes fairly.

  1. Number of real branches. Each needs a page, a profile, a number and a line in the report.
  2. State of what exists. Recovering profiles owned by former staff or agencies, and merging duplicates, takes time.
  3. Acquisitions. Each acquired company adds an inventory and a staged rebrand. See opening or acquiring a branch.
  4. Reporting depth. A monthly branch report is simpler than a weekly dashboard tied to your accounting categories.

A quick way to judge whether it pays

Put the fee against branch-level gross profit, not company revenue. Say your plan costs $4,498 a month and your average booked job leaves $1,000 of gross profit. The fee is covered by roughly 4.5 extra booked jobs a month across all branches combined. With four branches, that is just over one extra job per branch per month. If your reporting cannot tell you whether that happened, start with call routing and reporting before anything else.

This is arithmetic, not a forecast. Nobody can promise those extra jobs; what we can do is show you the count, branch by branch, every month.

Trial, terms and tax

  • 7-day free trial: a digital marketing audit, website performance check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking. No credit card required.
  • No lock-in. Notice periods and payment terms are confirmed in writing in your proposal.
  • Tax: prices in Canadian dollars; 5% GST in the West and North, 13% HST in Ontario, 14% in Nova Scotia, 15% in NB, NL and PEI, and 5% GST plus 9.975% QST in Quebec.
  • Quotes: anything not listed above is quoted in writing.

How to choose

Start with the problem, not the plan. If calls aren't counted by branch, fix that first. If a newer branch is invisible, its page and profile come next. The services overview has a decision table, and the FAQ answers common questions on contracts and ownership. When you're ready, the contact page explains how to reach Ali.

Frequently asked questions

Is pricing per branch?

The published plans are not priced per branch. When a company's branch count, number of profiles or reporting needs go beyond what a plan covers, we quote the extra scope in writing before starting.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. HVAC.Agency offers a 7-day free trial covering a digital marketing audit, website performance check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking. No credit card is required.

Do we sign a long contract?

No. There is no lock-in. Any notice period and other terms are confirmed in writing in your proposal.

Is ad spend included?

Ad budgets paid to Google, Meta or other platforms are separate from our fees. How ad spend is handled is set out in writing in your proposal.

Do prices include sales tax?

No. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and branch networks add GST or HST for each province billed, or GST and QST in Quebec.
